Beginning in January 2011 renovations of this resort will be done in three phases. Phase 1 in 2011 the living rooms, dining rooms and hallways will be done and all carpeting, windows and sliding glass doors will be changed. The mansard roof is also to be changed. In Phase 2 in 2012 the bedrooms will be done. In Phase 3 in 2013 the bathrooms and kitchens will be renovated and modernized including new cabinets and counters. Currently the resort has over $300,000 in its reserve account. Remember there are only 5 units.
Bonus time is $78 for the two bedroom units and $98 for the three bedroom units. You can sign up at the resort and they will email you availability if you are an owner.
Maintenance fee for 2011 is $1,110 for all units except the Las Brisas units which are $1,194.
